Authenticated OS command execution via unsanitized enable parameter

Command injection in TOTOLINK A3300R 17.0.0cu.557_b20221024 allows remote authenticated users to execute OS commands via setUPnPCfg. The handler inserts the enable parameter into a command string and passes it through CsteSystem to execv without neutralizing shell syntax. Access to the router management interface and a valid low-privilege session are required; successful exploitation runs attacker-selected commands on the device.
