API credential disclosure via serialized configuration fields

Information disclosure in Whoogle Search 1.2.3 allows remote attackers to read configured Google Custom Search credentials via HTTP GET requests. The GET /config route serializes g.user_config.dict without filtering cse_api_key and cse_id, and templates place the same values in client-visible state. The instance must have nonempty BYOK values configured; ordinary remote visitors can then reuse the exposed key and identifier to consume quota.
