Authenticated code execution via worker-list use-after-free

Use-after-free in EnterpriseDB pglogical 2.x before 2.4.8 allows remote authenticated users to crash workers or execute backend code. During transaction abort, worker-signaling code retains a list entry after its underlying worker slot is freed or recycled, then dereferences the stale structure. Low-privileged users who can influence worker start, stop, and restart timing through permitted pglogical operations can trigger a worker crash; successful exploitation executes code with the PostgreSQL backend's privileges.
