Stored XSS via unescaped tree node labels

Stored XSS in Frappe Framework 17.0.0-dev allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser through a tree label. Tree.make_icon_and_label interpolates node.label directly into an anchor's data-name attribute without attribute escaping, so a stored quote can inject an event handler. The attacker needs permission to create or rename a tree record, and the victim must click its node; execution is limited to the victim's Desk session.
