Unauthenticated metadata spoofing via first signature entry

Improper signature verification in Apache CXF before 3.6.12, 4.0.0 through 4.1.6, and 4.2.0 through 4.2.1 allows remote attackers to spoof metadata. JwsJsonContainerRequestFilter reads Content-Type and protected HTTP headers from the first JWS JSON signature entry even when validation accepted a different entry. Exploitation requires a service configured with this filter and a crafted multi-signature request, allowing unauthenticated metadata to steer entity parsing or signed-header checks.
