Unauthenticated service crash via recursive JSON parsing

Denial of service in OpenStack Ironic 32 before 37.0.0 allows remote attackers to crash API services with recursive JSON. The API and optional JSON-RPC service parse deeply nested request bodies before initial payload validation, causing Python memory allocation to exceed Ironic's reduced thread-stack limit. No authentication is required; affected services remain unavailable until restarted, while the JSON-RPC path requires that optional endpoint to be enabled.
