Same-origin XSS via unescaped noscript closing tags

Cross-site scripting in Angular platform-server allows remote attackers to execute same-origin script through server-rendered noscript content. The domino serializer omits noscript from the raw-text elements whose closing tags are escaped, so bound text containing a closing noscript tag terminates the element and emits attacker-supplied markup. Exploitation requires Angular server-side rendering, a template binding that places attacker-controlled text inside a noscript element, and a user who loads the rendered page.
