Unauthenticated metadata disclosure via soft-delete scope bypass

Improper authorization in Enchanted Code Note Mark before 0.19.5 allows remote attackers to read soft-deleted note metadata. The GetNotesByBookID service uses GORM Unscoped() for deleted=true while retaining an owner-or-public authorization clause. An unauthenticated caller needs a public book UUID; exposed fields are limited to deleted-note IDs, titles, slugs, and timestamps, not note bodies.
