Privilege escalation via unauthorized 2FA reset

Incorrect authorization in Snipe-IT before 8.5.0 allows remote authenticated users to disable a superadmin's two-factor authentication. In app/Http/Controllers/Api/UsersController.php, postTwoFactorReset() authorizes only generic user updates and then clears two_factor_secret and two_factor_enrolled without enforcing canEditAuthFields. Reachability requires an account that can edit other users; the flaw resets 2FA enrollment for the targeted account, lowering the barrier to later account takeover but not directly disclosing secrets or executing code.
