Stack-based buffer overflow in Microsoft .NET and .NET Framework allows remote attackers to interrupt applications processing encrypted XML. The EncryptedXml implementation in System.Security.Cryptography.Xml improperly validates crafted encrypted XML, causing the overflow. No authentication or user interaction is required, but an application must process attacker-supplied encrypted XML; the exact interruption mode is undisclosed.
