Kernel-address disclosure via off-by-one vtable read

Buffer over-read in the NETIO.sys driver in Microsoft Windows allows local users to disclose kernel addresses through a crafted I/O request packet. NsipGetAllInformationProviderParameters accepts a user-controlled TableIndex equal to maxVtableIndex and returns 16 bytes beyond the vtable property array. Low-privilege local access to the NSI device is sufficient to expose tcpip.sys addresses, without reported data modification or service interruption.
