Authenticated command execution via host_time injection
Published Mar 29, 2026 · Updated Mar 29, 2026
Command injection in TOTOLINK NR1800X Firmware 9.1.0u.6279_B20210910 allows remote authenticated users to execute OS commands. NTPSyncWithHost passes the POST-controlled host_time value through an incomplete denylist that misses carriage-return command separators. A valid management session cookie is required; injected commands run on the router and can read or alter data or interrupt service.
