Authenticated element overwrite via nested ID assignment

Mass assignment in Craft CMS 5.7.0 through 5.9.20 allows remote authenticated users to overwrite arbitrary site elements. actionBulkDuplicate() accepts an id inside newAttributes, and Elements::duplicateElement() passes it to Craft::configure(), replacing the null ID before saveElement() updates that row. Permission to duplicate one owned entry is sufficient to replace fields in another entry, category, or user element whose numeric ID is known or enumerated.
