Out-of-bounds write in X.Org server packages for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 through 10 allows local users to crash the server. The DRIGetBuffers and DRIGetBuffersWithFormat handlers accept repeated BackLeft attachments with FrontLeft and write past the heap array used for returned buffers. X display access is required; exploitation crashes the server or escalates privileges when the X server runs as root.
