CVE-2026-50207

Baseband file access via unverified AT commands

Published Jun 4, 2026 · Updated Jun 4, 2026

Path traversal in Acer Connect M6E 5G Mobile WiFi firmware through M6E_AI_1.00.000019 allows local users to read baseband files. The system Binder boundary passes unverified AT commands from local applications directly to the modem, without restricting file paths or command scope. Low-privileged local application access is required; successful exploitation exposes baseband data or disables cellular connectivity.
