Command injection in TOTOLINK A3600R 4.1.2cu.5182_B20201102 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands via NoticeUrl. The setNoticeCfg function in /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi passes the NoticeUrl parameter to an operating-system command without neutralizing command separators. A valid low-privilege management session is required; injected commands can read or alter router data and interrupt service with device privileges.
