Transaction data disclosure via unneutralized CSV formulas

CSV formula injection in Actual before 26.6.0 allows remote attackers to expose transaction data through crafted exported fields. The exportToCSV and exportQueryToCSV paths pass Payee, Notes, Account, and Category strings to csv-stringify without neutralizing formula prefixes. Exploitation requires attacker-controlled budget data, a CSV export, and a recipient opening the file in a spreadsheet, where formulas can disclose adjacent cells or alter displayed values.
