App content write/delete via overbroad invoke SAS

Incorrect authorization in Rheosoph Flow-Like before 1.0.4 allows remote authenticated users to write or delete app content via invoke presign. The GET /api/v1/apps/{app_id}/invoke/presign route checks ExecuteEvents, then leaves file access optional; on Azure backends, CredentialsAccess::InvokeNone still issues a content_sas_token for apps/{app_id} with rwdl permissions. Exposure is limited to self-hosted Azure Blob Storage deployments and app members granted ExecuteEvents but not ReadFiles or WriteFiles; hosted and Studio deployments on AWS are unaffected.
