SSRF allowlist bypass via URL parser differential
Published Jun 22, 2026 · Updated Jun 22, 2026
SSRF in Google Angular @angular/platform-server allows remote attackers to redirect server-side backend requests through a malformed URL. URL.canParse rejects a double-port URL and bypasses allowedHosts validation, while Domino accepts the same value and adopts its attacker-controlled origin. Exploitation requires Angular SSR, propagation of a raw Host header or absolute URI, enabled allowedHosts, and relative HttpClient calls; successful requests disclose attached credentials or permit injected response content.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
