CWD file read or modification via unresolved hardlink

Path traversal in ORAS Project oras-go before 2.6.2 allows remote attackers to read or modify CWD files via crafted OCI artifacts. ensureLinkPath validates a relative TypeLink target beneath the extraction base but returns it unresolved, so os.Link resolves it against the process CWD. Exploitation requires a victim process to extract an attacker-controlled artifact with unpacking enabled; access is limited by that process's file permissions.
