Internal network access via unchecked mock URL

Server-side request forgery in elecV2 elecV2P 3.8.0 through 3.8.3 allows remote attackers to reach internal URLs via /mock. The unauthenticated PUT handler passes req.body.request directly to eAxios without enforcing a destination allowlist before Axios sends the request. Network access to the web interface is sufficient to trigger outbound requests, enabling internal service probing or data retrieval through the server's network position.
