Authenticated file access via unguarded WebDAV handler

Improper access control in the WebDAV listener in Patrick Hener goshs before 2.1.0 lets remote authenticated users read or modify files via WebDAV. In httpserver/server.go, the primary HTTP mux checks --read-only, --upload-only, and --no-delete on state-changing routes, but the separate WebDAV port passes requests directly to golang.org/x/net/webdav.Handler without equivalent verb-based guards. Exposure requires WebDAV to be enabled and reachable and, when Basic Auth is configured, valid credentials; under that setup, PUT, DELETE, MKCOL, MOVE, COPY, GET, and PROPFIND bypass the operator's intended mode restrictions.
