Internal resource access via unchecked redirects

Server-side request forgery in Hugo 0.91.0 through 0.161.1 allows remote attackers to fetch disallowed hosts through HTTP redirects. resources.GetRemote checks security.http.urls only for the initial URL, then follows 3xx Location targets without applying the allow-list to each hop. Exploitation requires use of the allow-list as a trust boundary and attacker control of an allowed server, its DNS, or its response; successful requests can read reachable internal resources.
