OS command injection in kazuph mcp-docs-rag 0.5.0 and earlier allows local users to execute arbitrary commands via MCP tool input. cloneRepository in src/index.ts interpolates repository_url and related user-controlled parameters into command strings passed to child_process.exec, causing shell metacharacters to be interpreted as commands. Exploitation requires access to invoke add_git_repository or add_text_file and runs commands with the MCP server process's privileges.
