CVE-2026-50064

Code execution via out-of-bounds PSM write

Published Aug 11, 2026 · Updated Aug 11, 2026

PSM parser out-of-bounds write in Siemens Solid Edge SE2025 and SE2026 allows local users to execute code by opening a crafted file. The parser writes attacker-controlled PSM data beyond an intended memory buffer; Siemens has not disclosed the affected function or field. Exploitation requires local access and user interaction that causes the application to read the file, after which code runs with current-process privileges.
