Code execution via out-of-bounds DFT parsing

Out-of-bounds read in affected Siemens Solid Edge SE2025 and SE2026 builds allows attackers to execute code through a crafted DFT file. The DFT parser reads beyond a buffer boundary on malformed data in SE2025 before V225.0 Update 15 and SE2026 before V226.0 Update 7; Siemens has not disclosed the faulty routine. A user must open the file; successful exploitation runs attacker-controlled code in the current Solid Edge process.
