Arbitrary file read in localGPT 4d41c7d1713b16b216d8e062e51a5dd88b20b054 allows remote attackers to read server files. The flaw is located in handle_index in rag_system/api_server.py, but public materials do not disclose the two operations that form the file-read chain. An unauthenticated network request can retrieve complete contents of files readable by the server process; no write or code-execution impact is established.
