Credential disclosure via unscoped registry rebinding

Credential exposure in pnpm before 10.34.0 and from 11.0.0 through versions before 11.4.0 allows remote attackers to obtain registry credentials. The merged auth configuration stores user-level unscoped credentials as defaults, then the auth-header flow maps those defaults to the effective registry selected by the repository. Exposure requires a developer or CI job with such credentials to run an install, view, or equivalent metadata command in an attacker-controlled repository; URL-scoped tokens remain bound to their registry.
