Unauthenticated file upload via unchecked multipart types

Unrestricted file upload in PromtEngineer localGPT allows remote attackers to store arbitrary files via unauthenticated HTTP POST requests. The do_POST routes for session and index uploads accept multipart file content without a type allowlist, prepend a UUID to the supplied name, and write the bytes under shared_uploads. Network access to the backend is sufficient; uploaded paths can enter document indexing, but public evidence does not establish code execution.
