Authorization bypass via unchecked batch sub-requests

Authorization bypass in Parse Server 9.8.0 through 9.9.1-alpha.2 allows remote attackers to reach operator-blocked REST routes via batch requests. The routeAllowList middleware checks only the outer URL, while handleBatch dispatches each inner path without repeating that check. Exploitation requires routeAllowList to be configured with batch allowed; inner authentication, ACL, and CLP controls still constrain data access and changes.
