Source disclosure via headerless cross-origin script requests

Information disclosure in Nuxt 3.15.4 through 3.21.6 and 4.0.0 through 4.4.6 allows remote attackers to read bundled source. The dev-server same-origin middleware accepts requests when Sec-Fetch-Site, Origin, and Referer are all absent, exposing webpack chunks to cross-origin scripts. Exploitation requires a webpack or Rspack server bound beyond loopback and a developer opening a malicious same-network site; exposed data includes module source, paths, and inlined strings.
