Authenticated arbitrary file write via fileType traversal

Path traversal in z-9527 admin 72aaf2dd05cf4ec2e98f390668b41e128eec5ad2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to write arbitrary files. The uploadFile function joins the unvalidated fileType query value to the upload root, creates the resulting directory, and streams the upload to it. A valid session is required; omitting isImg bypasses the image check, and writes are limited by the service account's filesystem permissions.
