Unauthenticated file-read and command execution via inline remotes

Missing authentication in rclone 1.46.0 through 1.74.2 allows remote attackers to read local files via crafted RC HTTP paths. The --rc-serve handler parses the remote name from an unauthenticated GET or HEAD path and initializes it, so inline local remotes read files and backend options in 1.55.0 and later execute commands. Reachability requires the RC API and --rc-serve, an attacker-reachable listener, and no global RC HTTP authentication; execution uses the rclone process account.
