Data disclosure and destruction via interpolated IDs

SQL injection in PandasAI 0.1.0 through 0.1.4 allows remote attackers to read, alter, or delete LanceDB records through crafted IDs. Six pandasai-lancedb methods embed each caller-supplied ID in a LanceDB filter with Python f-strings instead of parameterizing or neutralizing it. The affected library is remotely reachable only when a downstream application exposes these vector-store operations; a tautological predicate can select or delete every stored training record.
