Credential disclosure via unguarded cross-origin redirects

Credential forwarding in steipete CodexBar before 0.33.0 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to capture provider credentials via HTTP redirects. ProviderHTTPClient used URLSession's default redirect handling, replaying cookies, bearer tokens, and API-key headers to redirected hosts, ports, or plaintext HTTP. Exploitation requires a credentialed provider request that receives an attacker-controlled redirect; resulting exposure is limited to the forwarded secrets.
