Local privilege escalation via InCallController logic error

Code execution in InCallController in Google Android 17 allows local users to elevate privileges through serviceClassExists. Google identifies a logic error in serviceClassExists but does not disclose the erroneous decision or attacker-controlled input that reaches code execution. Exploitation starts from local access, requires no additional execution privileges or user interaction, and results in execution with elevated privileges.
