Unauthenticated command execution via suffix-match authentication bypass

Authentication bypass in Kestra before 1.0.45 and 1.1.0 through 1.3.20 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands. AuthenticationFilter treats every request path ending in /configs as public instead of matching only the intended configuration endpoints. With default OSS Basic Auth and bundled script plugins, network access is sufficient to create and run a workflow as root inside the worker container.
