Process crash via raw-file invalid-state reuse

Heap out-of-bounds write in jqlang jq before 1.8.2 allows local users to crash jq via an oversized file processed with --rawfile. The jv_load_file raw-input loop continues after jv_string_append_buf returns an invalid value for an overlong string, then reuses that state as a string. Exploitation requires a user or workflow to process an attacker-controlled file larger than 2 GiB; assertion-enabled builds abort, while assertion-disabled builds incur heap corruption and process termination.
