Cross-namespace event disclosure via unchecked watch target

Missing authorization in Fission before 1.24.0 allows remote authenticated users to read cross-namespace Kubernetes event data. The createKubernetesWatch path trusts the trigger's user-controlled namespace and uses a cluster-scoped service account to POST full Pod, Service and Job change events as JSON; update and patch requests also bypass its create-only webhook rule. Permission to create a KubernetesWatchTrigger in one namespace is sufficient to maintain a surveillance channel over another namespace without further privileges.
