Remote VM crash via SCTP cause overflow

Stack-based buffer overflow in Erlang/OTP erts allows remote attackers to crash the BEAM VM with a crafted SCTP ERROR chunk. The sctp_parse_error_chunk function writes attacker-supplied cause codes into a fixed-size stack ErlDrvTermData array without checking remaining capacity. Exploitation requires compiled SCTP support, a reachable gen_sctp listener using the default inet backend, and an affected OTP or erts release line; constrained writes limit the practical impact to a VM crash and limited process-visible memory leakage.
