Memory-exhaustion DoS via unbounded response decompression

Data amplification in Wojtek Mach Req 0.1.0 through 0.6.0 allows remote attackers to crash the BEAM process via a crafted HTTP response. Req.Steps.decode_body/1 materializes entire archives in memory without size caps, while decompress_body/1 chains server-selected compression decoders without bounds. The default response pipeline is exposed when an application fetches an attacker-controlled or redirect-reachable URL; the reported impact is memory exhaustion and process termination.
