Client crash via unbounded HTTP/2 header accumulation

Resource exhaustion in Elixir Mint 0.1.0 through 1.8.0 allows remote attackers controlling an HTTP/2 server to crash the client process. Mint.HTTP2 handle_headers/3 parks incomplete header fragments in conn.headers_being_processed, and handle_continuation/3 appends later fragments without a size or frame-count limit. One connection to a malicious or compromised HTTP/2 server is sufficient; memory grows until the BEAM process terminates, with no reported confidentiality or integrity impact.
