Authenticated database access via unsanitized room ID
Published Mar 27, 2026 · Updated Mar 27, 2026
SQL injection in Free Hotel Reservation System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read, modify, or delete database data via the id parameter. The room-edit handler at /admin/mod_room/index.php passes the GET id value directly into a MySQL query without validation or parameter binding. Access to the administrative room-edit route is required; exploitation can expose or alter hotel records and interrupt database operations.
