Memory disclosure and crash via fractional JPEG ratios

An out-of-bounds read in Samsung rLottie's JPEG decoder allows attackers to read adjacent memory via a crafted JPEG image. The bundled stb_image frame-header parser accepts component sampling factors that produce fractional resampling ratios, causing the resampler to read beyond its intended buffer. Exploitation requires a user or application to process the crafted image; the bounded consequences are memory disclosure and a possible crash.
