PostgreSQL superuser escalation via unescaped BSim username

SQL injection in Ghidra 11.0 before 12.1 allows remote authenticated users to gain PostgreSQL superuser privileges through BSim. The PostgresFunctionDatabase changePassword() method inserts the PasswordChange username into a double-quoted ALTER ROLE identifier without escaping embedded double quotes. Any authenticated BSim account can terminate the identifier and execute injected SQL with full control of the database server.
