Memory corruption via invalidated P-code pointer

Heap use-after-free in Ghidra before 12.1 allows attackers to corrupt memory via a malicious binary processed by the SLEIGH C++ API. SleighBuilder::generatePointerAdd retains a pointer into the issued vector after PcodeCacher::allocateInstruction reallocates and frees its backing buffer, then reads and writes through that dangling pointer. Exploitation requires a downstream C++ consumer to call Sleigh::oneInstruction on attacker-controlled input; Ghidra's Java-backed application decompiler is unaffected.
