Authenticated SQL injection via Tags filter bypass

SQL injection in OpenCATS 0.9.1a allows remote authenticated users to read or alter database data through crafted Candidates DataGrid filters. The filter handler processes the configured but non-filterable Tags column before enforcing its filterable flag, resulting in unsafe SQL generation. A valid account with Candidates DataGrid access is required, and the database account's permissions bound the exposed or modified records.
