Authenticated file read via unchecked download path

Path traversal in Apache OpenMeetings 5.0.0 through 9.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to read files held by the server account. The whiteboard download service treats a request-supplied path as a filesystem target without verifying that the resolved file remains in its download area. Moderator rights in any room are sufficient, and exposure is limited to files readable by the operating-system account, including stored credentials and secrets.
