Unauthorized state changes via unchecked RSC origin

CSRF in Waku before 1.0.0-beta.1 allows remote attackers to invoke state-mutating server actions through a victim's browser. The RSC request dispatcher decodes a cross-origin text/plain POST and loads the requested action without checking Origin or Sec-Fetch-Site. A victim must load attacker-controlled content while authenticated, and the application must expose a state-mutating 'use server' action.
