Predicted datapoint tampering via read-permission authorization

Missing authorization in OpenRemote before 1.24.1 allows remote authenticated users with read:assets to write predicted datapoints. AssetPredictedDatapointResourceImpl.writePredictedDatapoints checks READ_ASSETS and read-access metadata before calling assetPredictedDatapointService.updateValues instead of requiring write permission. Any account limited to read-only asset access can modify stored forecast values, but the flaw does not expose data or interrupt service.
